The Commission has produced about 2,300 transparent ballot boxes for our polling units. In addition, the Commission has commissioned the Nigeria Security Printing and Minting Company Ltd to produce adequate number of Ballot papers. 

A substantial sum of money had been paid as deposit for the job.

All the Electoral Officers have also identified all the existing polling units and their locations in each ward and local government in the State. In addition, all the Commission’s Electoral Officers and staff have undergone series of training in readiness for the local government elections.
